Please read the registration policies before filling out and submitting the registration form. |

Registration is LIMITED to a Maximum of 30 People (15 Leaders & 15 Followers) on a first come first serve basis. Registrants making a deposit or full payments are GUARANTEED a SPOT in the Course.
|
|
|
You are NOT REQUIRED to make a deposit or full payment but once your registration request form has been submitted, a spot will be reserved for you. If for whatever reason you cannot attend after all, please be courteous and let us know so we could give the Spot to another person. |
|
|
|
|
If a course has not reached it's student ratio and space is still available, you can show up 10 minutes early and register on the first day of class.
|
|
We will do our best to ensure that each class has an even number of Leads and Follows. However, there will be NO GUARANTEES that this will always be the case.
|
|
If your name is on the list, you will have priority over "Walk-ins". If at the last minute you wish to come to the class, contact us at (646) 938-8092 and we can let you know how full the class is.
|
|
|
There will be no refunds for withdrawals or missed classes after the course has started as this may result in an uneven number of Leads and Follows and cause an inconvenience to other students. A credit will be granted. | |

Upon registration for the course or class session, I as a participant (or as a parent/guardian of a participant taking dance, under 18 years of age) of the CinSationalDancer Dance Studio at Pearl Studios NYC, do hereby fully release and discharge the CinSationalDancer, Pearl Studios NYC, their Officers, Faculty and Employees from any and all claims for injuries, damage or loss which I may incur on account of my participation in class. I also understand publicity photos or television filming may be taken at anytime throughout the course session.
